Kitchen sink*** cooking?!?!
Cooking is something that I do and love to do almost every day. I am just coming into my own with my skills and I have found a passion for integrating non-traditional ingredients. My style is "kitchen sink." This term is from those "Kitchen Sink Omelets" sometimes on the menu at breakfast joints referring to an omelet with all kinds of random ingredients as though you just used all the leftover food and threw some eggs in it. Basically, when I get hungry I open my refrigerator and cupboards and come up with meals using what is available. In this little spot in cyberspace, I will blog my meals to hopefully inspire cooking and eating healthy at home. In our crunched economic times, taking the effort to cook at home will lighten your budget more than you will believe.
